Super Eagles winger Nnamdi Oduamadi has signed a one-year loan deal with Turkish First League (second division) club Şanlıurfaspor, the player has informed completesportsnigeria.com.
Oduamadi, who was close to joining Giresunspor also in Turkey, will be playing away from Italy for the first time since he joined Italian side AC Milan in 2008 from Flying Sports Academy.
The 24-year-old was linked with İstanbul Başakşehir F.K and Adana Demirspor before agreeing to a more lucrative move with the Urfa-based club on Tuesday.
The deal which was brokered by Turkish agent Kemal Can Tekin will see Şanlıurfaspor get the first option to buy him outrightly next summer, according to Oduamadi.
“I had more assurance joining Şanlıurfaspor and I’m here to give my best for the team,” he told completesportsnigeria.com on Tuesday.
The Nigerian international had earlier featured for Varese, Brescia, Torino and Crotone.
