Super Eagles winger Nnamdi Oduamadi scored his fourth goal of the season for HJK Helsinki in their 2-1 win over HIFK in a derby clashon Thursday at the Sonera Stadium, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
The strike sees him equal his best ever goal tally of four Ieague goals the colours of Varese in the 2013-14 season in Serie B.
The 25-year-old sealed his side's win in the 11th minute of the game after Esa Teraevae's fifth minute strike had cancelled Alfredo Morelos' first minute opener.
Oduamadi was yellow carded in the 64th minute of the encounter which also saw Taye Taiwo handed his 11th start of the campaign and Paul Onovo coming in as a late substitute with 17 minutes left.
The win took HJK to 26 points from 11 games as they open a three-point gap over IFK Mariehamn who lost to Kuopion Palloseura on Wednesday.
Oduamadi is expected to lead HJK's attack on Sunday against Gbolahan Salami's Kuopion Palloseura who are third on the log with an impressive winning streak of four games from five games.
