Hull City's Nigerian right-back Moses Odubajo has undergone a successful operation on a knee injury sustained in a pre-season friendly game against Grimsby Town.
Following the injury, Odubajo was ruled out for six months, worsening Hull's injury woes.
Hull have been dealt numerous injury blows during their preparation for a return to the English Premier League, with Michael Dawson and Alex Bruce sidelined, while manager Steve Bruce sensationally left the club last Friday.
But having been for an operation on Tuesdsay, the Super Eagles prospect confirmed on his Twitter account the session was successful.
"Operation was a success!," he wrote.
Odubajo played a key role for Hull who got promoted back to the EPL last season.
