Okwuosa: Sudan Will Be Tough

–South Africa based defender warns Eagles
By Sab Osuji:

One-cap Super Eagles defender, James Okwuosa has posited that next months’ 2015 AFCON qualifier between Nigeria and Sudan will be tough.

The Chippa United of South Africa stopper said despite the Sudanese losing their two already played matches in group A, the team will pose a difficult challenge for the Super Eagles when both teams clash next month in Omdurman, Sudan.

“It’s important we (Super Eagles) win all our remaining games so as to brighten our chances of qualifying for the 2015 AFCON in Morocco, it’s also important we don’t expect such victory to come on a platter of gold”, the former Enugu Rangers defender said.

“Sudan will be tough, having lost their two games, they will try to make things difficult for us, and at least they will have their pride at stake.

“Playing in front of their home fans, Sudan will not want to lose a second game at home having lost to South Africa (3-0) in their first game.

“It’s really going to be a very tough game but I think the spirit of our players is high now and they know what the task is all about so I believe they will give them (Sudan) a very good game.”

Super Eagles will travel to Sudan on October 11 with the return leg slated for the Abuja National Stadium on October 15.

The Sudan team will fall in the hands of the Nigeria team in the second leg come October because the Nigeria boys knows the task ahead of them, and will not disappoint by winning with wide margins. I wish the Nigeria team good outing. I also implore the super Eagles to win their remaining matches, let the coaching crews invite dedicated, and talented players for the games.

Real Madrid said Levante would be tough;they won the match 5-1. Teams will always be tough to beat but NOT unbeatable. True talk Chike…
