Kano Pillars manager, Okey Emordi, has applauded the contributions of Adamu Hassan, to the success of the team this term.
Hassan has played a significant role under Emordi as Pillars seek to retain their Premier League title and has scored 10 league goals so far this term.
The striker gave his rating by coach Emordi a massive boost scoring the crucial equaliser against FC Taraba in last night’s 1-1 draw.
“Adamu is a skillful player, blessed with pace and plays without fear.
“I was surprised he wasn’t registered for Kano Pillars continental assignment this season before I came. After watching him during training, I insisted that the management should complete his registration”, Emordi told supersport.com.
The former Enugu Rangers and Enyimba International gaffer Emordi was equally pleased with Adamu for playing to instruction.
“He has a free role anywhere in the attack and I’m satisfied with the manner he has done his assignment”, he who emerged CAF Coach of the Year 2004 after leading nEnyimba win that year’s CAF Champions League added.
Adamu started his career at Keffi United.
