Former Chelsea midfielder Gus Poyet believes Antonio Conte made the right decision in playing Victor Moses as a wing-back when he opted to adopt a 3-4-3 formation.
Nigeria winger Moses has been a regular starter for the Blues since the Italian switched to the formation in September last year.
Moses has scored three goals in 33 Premier League appearances.
In an interview with ESPN, the Shanghai Shenhua manager said: "The biggest decision he (Conte) made this season was switching to a 3-4-3 formation and playing Moses as a wing-back and for me aside from the other players who have done well Moses has done very well in that role.
"I know (Marcos) Alonso, he helped me at Sunderland so I know his quality."
Chelsea are seven points ahead of Tottenham Hotspur and are one win away from winning the English Premier League title.
