The Golden Eaglets have qualified for the final of this year's FIFA U-17 World Cup after defeating Mexico 4-2 in the second semi-final match early Friday morning.
The Mexicans took the lead in the eight minute through Kevin Magana.
Kelechi Nwakali drew the Eaglets level in the 35th minute from a well taken free-kick.
With just two minutes left in the first half, Orji Okonkwo put the Eaglets 2-1 up with a long range strike.
In the second half, the Mexicans came out in search of an equalizer and got it in the 60th minute through Diego Cortes.
Seven minutes later, the Eaglets made it 3-2, thanks to a strike from Osinachi Nwakali off Nwakali's assist.
Then with seven minutes remaining Victor Osimhen scored from the penalty spot to make it 4-2 and also grabbed his ninth goal of the tournament.
The Eaglets will now take on Mali in an all African final which comes up on Sunday in Vina del Mar.
