By Johnny Edward: Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi posted a brilliant performance for 10-man Leicester City who drew 0-0 with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday in an English Premier League clash, Completesportsnigeria.com (CSN) reports.
Ndidi’s compatriot Victor Moses was on the opposite side. Ben Chiwell was sent off in the second half after fouling Moses.
Ndidi came close to scoring with a header in the 14th minute but his effort was saved by Thibaut Courtois.
Moses, who featured full time like Ndidi, was also impressive.
Another Nigerian Kelechi Iheanacho was an unused substitute for Leicester City while Ahmed Musa was not included in the match day squad having featured for the Foxes U-23s on Friday.
At Vicarage Road, Isaac Success was not included in Watford’s squad in their 2-2 comeback draw against Southampton.
The Nigerian forward has only made the matchday squad twice this season but is yet to feature for the Hornets in the EPL.
