Newly signed 3SC of Ibadan goaltender, Danladi Issah has revealed his eagerness to make his debut for the Oluyole Warriors.
The Super Sand Eagles goalkeeper, a former Sharks and Sunshine Stars player, completed a switch away from Sunshine Stars and is aiming to to make his anticipated debut for the Ibadan outfit.
“I decided to join 3SC because of coach Gbenga Ogunbote who was my coach at Sharks,” the Supersand Eagles goalkeeper told Completesportsnigeria.com.
“He has impacted so much on my career, hence I did not waste time in accepting to join the team when the opportunity called.
“No doubt, it was a difficult decision to make, but then the most important thing on my mind right now is playing my first game for the club,” Danladi said.
Shooting Stars will be away to Heartland Wednesday in a match day-21 fixture at Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri.
Heartland defeated 3SC 3-1 in Ibadan in a match day-1 clash. Revenge is now uppermost on Gbenga Ogunbote’s charges’ minds going into tomorrow’s clash.
