National U-23 Eagles Coach Samson Siasia has assured that all the players in camp will be given equal treatment to ensure they give their best in the 2016 Olympic Games qualifying match against Congo next month.
The former Super Eagles handler who was excited with the arrival of Flying Eagles stars invited for the match told Complete Sports that he was confident that the team will excel in the match slated for the Liberation Stadium in Port Harcourt, River State.
Siasia had issued Friday deadline to the players to report in camp or forget the invitation but the players who featured at the 2015 FIFA U-20 World Cup in New Zealand where Nigeria failed to go beyond the second round, were smart enough to beat the Coach's deadline as they all reported in camp Friday afternoon.
"This is a team with one vision and there is no point giving any player special treatment. We are here to prepare for a match, we want to win and that is the mission," says the former Super Eagles striker.
Meanwhile, Siasia has again called on all the players released for this weekend's league matches to ensure they return to camp by Monday as preparation begins in full gear same day.
"We have told them to return to camp by Monday and i am sure they are going to keep to that agreement", says the coach.
