Super Eagles winger, Moses Simon will play no part in Levante’s Spanish La Liga clash away to Espanyol on Sunday after he was left out of the match day squad over poor fitness, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
The Nigeria international joined Levante on a five year deal from Belgian side, KAA Gent, but he is yet to recover fully from a muscular injury he sustained in pre-season. He started fitness training recently, but it’s still work in progress for the player .
The 23-year-old is yet play a competitive game for Levante since he arrived in the summer.
Levante are fourth in the Spanish La Liga table with six points from three games.
The former AS Trencin winger also missed the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia due to injury.
Simon scored six goals and provided three assists for Gent last season in 29 appearances.
