Super Eagles defender, Kunle Odunlami, will be available for selection when leaders Sunshine Stars travel to Enugu Rangers on Sunday for a crucial Nigeria Professional Football League match day 14 fixture at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu, completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Odunlami rejoined his Sunshine Stars teammates in training on Monday after being away for one week.
The 2014 CHAN Eagles member was granted an extended leave by the hierarchy of Sunshine Stars to attend to his family issues on his return from the national camp after the 2017 AFCON qualifier between Nigeria and Chad.
He was not part of the squad that edged Kano Pillars 3-0 in Akure last weekend.
Odunlami who plays as a center back and also as right back rejoined his teammates in training on Monday and made manager Kennedy Boboye’s 18-man list for the trip to Enugu Rangers.
The team left Akure early Saturday morning for Enugu for the match against Rangers on Sunday.
“You know the match against Rangers is a big one and we need all our best legs available so his coming back at this time is a huge plus for us.
“He was part of the team that traveled to Enugu on Saturday morning,” Sunshine media officer Bankole told completesportsnigeria.com.
