FC IfeanyiUbah head coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi has reportedly dumped the club, citing interference in his job by club officials as the remain reason behind his action, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
The Japanese-American coach's job was said to be on the line following the Anambra Warriors' poor showing in their opening two games in the Nigeria Professional Football League Super Four competition.
Yatsuhashi was not at the club's training session Saturday afternoon at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium, Enugu which was supervised by his assistant Yaw Preko, and Yatsuhashi has not been seen anywhere around the team's Ascot Hotel abode with another report stating that he has returned to the club's camp in Nnewi.
Officials of the club refused to confirm the story when confronted by Completesportsnigeria.com.
FC IfeanyiUbah will take on Enugu Rangers in their final group game of the competition on Sunday.
