Tammy Abraham Named Championship Player Of The Month

Aston Villa forward Tammy Abraham has won the Championship Player of the Month prize for November.

The Chelsea loanee was in blistering form with six goals in four league matches as Dean Smith’s side were unbeaten throughout the month with three wins and a draw in the English second tier.

After firing blanks in the Clarets’ 2-0 win over Bolton Wanderers, Abraham bagged a goal against Derby County and followed it with another effort in the Second City derby against Birmingham City on November 25.

No Nigerian cares for this guy. He insulted us when he was approached to play for us in the World Cup in Russia. He is an average player. This news about him scoring goals in the Championship league matches is a ‘fake news’. If he so good, why is he playing in the second division? He was dreaming of playing for England the reason he gave back then , why he turned down Nigeria’s invitation.

  • The boy is an average player but not better than most Nigerian strikers in Europe. He has been overrated.

  • Tammý’s form may be up and down, but I still believe he will come through. It’s only a matter of time. He used to be my favourite Chelsea youth player when most ppl focused on Solanke. At the time I didn’t even know that he was Nigerian, I used to think he was Jamaican or so. I think the fame got to his head but trust me the guy is good. He used to play in Chelsea’s youth team when Kelechi played for Man city’s youth team. I still think he would ahow his quality with time. Maybe he should do what Aina did and move abroad.
