"The match against Chile will be tougher than the first one surely. I hope they win.
"Nigeria have produced great players from the U-17 World Cup like Nwankwo Kanu, Celestine Babayaro, Kelechi Iheanacho, Taiwo Awoniyi and others. We expect that a new generation that will be world-class players will emerge," Taiwo told Completesportsnigeria.com.
Current holders and four-time champions, Nigeria, started the defence of their title with a 2-0 win against USA on Saturday night while Chile were held to a 1-1 draw by Croatia.
