Senegal's junior Teranga Lions have booked their place in the final of the 2017 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations after pipping Mali 1-0 in Thursday's semifinal in Ndola, Zambia.
The only goal of the game was scored by Aliou Badji in the 12th minute after heading in a brilliant cross from Jean Ndecky.
Senegal will now meet hosts Zambia in the final on Sunday, while South Africa and Guinea will square off in the third-place match also on Sunday.
This will be Senegal's second ever appearance in the final of the U-20 AFCON.
Their first appearance was as hosts in 2015 where they lost 1-0 to the Flying Eagles of Nigeria.
