Mfom Udoh and Emem Eduok have painted the Glo Premier League with goals this season and they will be cynosure of all eyes once again when their teams clash tomorrow at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos.
Udoh outscored Eduok in the league scoring 23 goals while his rival netted 20 times.
Eduok has however scored more goals in the Federation Cup, with three to his credit, with Udoh netting only two times.
Eduok expressed confidence that he can pick the Golden Boot ahead of Udoh.
“I’m determined to emerge top scorer in the competition and also help my club win for the fifth time by God’s grace.”
Despite scoring twice, Udoh is ready to add the Golden Boot to his highest goal scorer award in the league.
“It will be nice to win the title and the highest goal scorer award,” he declared.
Like Udoh, teammates Kingsley Sokari, Raphael Boumsong and John Uche have scored two goals each.
Five players have scored one goal each and could even overtake the leading scorers on the final day.
